Department of Economics

The Department of Economics is the part of faculty of commerce. The department offers full-time program of course work and research supervision of BS Economics and a weekend program of M.Phil. economics. The mission of the department of economics at Lahore Leads University is to offer meticulous degree program which consist of course work and applied research. The objective of the department is to train the students according to the needs and demand of the market as they can achieve their future goals. Apart from imparting quality education. The department of economics also focus on character building, growing and personal development of students, through activities organized by various societies. These activities include seminars. Workshop, debates, quizzes and dialogs on current and emerging economic and financial issues.

Economics Department is offering three programs:

• BS Economics (4 Years)
• BS Economics Pathways to Further Education (2.5 Years) (Admission to Bachelor (Honors)
• MPhil Economics (2 Years)
